Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At iindiigo onliine, we are committed to client satisfaction across all our digital services. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Digital Products (templates, design assets, downloadable resources, etc.)

Digital products are delivered electronically and, once downloaded or accessed, cannot be returned. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where:

  • Payment was received, but the product was not delivered within 48 hours.
  • The delivered file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was advertised.

Service-Based Work (website design, development, marketing, social media management, etc.)

  • Cancellations made before any work has commenced are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway processing fees.
  • Once work has commenced (design drafts, development started, campaigns launched, etc.), refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed, as assessed by iindiigo onliine.
  • No refunds are issued once a project has been fully delivered and approved by the client.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@iindiigo.net within 7 days of payment with your order/invoice reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
